BigBasket Affiliate Program Terms
Participation in the BigBasket Affiliate Program is subject to eligibility requirements and the official Affiliate Program rules. This page summarizes the key commission structure and important disclosure points for affiliates.
Direct commission on eligible sales from customers attributed to your affiliate account.
Affiliate referral commission on eligible sales generated by affiliates you directly refer.
Valid attributed customers may create future earning opportunities under program rules.
Direct Customer Commission
Affiliates may earn 6% commission on eligible sales from customers directly attributed to their affiliate account. Commission applies only to qualifying transactions as defined by BigBasket.
Affiliate Referral Commission
If an eligible person joins the BigBasket Affiliate Program through your referral and becomes your direct referred affiliate, you may earn 2% commission on their eligible affiliate-generated sales according to program terms.
Lifetime Customer Attribution
Lifetime customer attribution means the duration of a valid customer-to-affiliate attribution under the Affiliate Program. It does not mean guaranteed payments for the biological lifetime of a customer. Future eligible purchases may generate commission while attribution remains valid.
Cancelled, Returned or Ineligible Orders
Commission is payable only on eligible completed orders. Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate-attributed or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded or reversed.
No Income Guarantee
The BigBasket Affiliate Program provides an opportunity to earn commission. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on eligible customer purchases, affiliate activity, cancellations, returns and applicable program terms.
Fair Promotion
Affiliates should make honest, relevant recommendations and avoid spam, misleading claims, fake orders, self-referrals or manipulation of the affiliate system. BigBasket reserves the right to prevent abuse and suspend accounts that violate program rules.
Program Changes
BigBasket may update commission percentages, eligibility requirements and program rules according to the Affiliate Program Terms. Material changes should be communicated to affiliates where appropriate.
